Over 5 days we’ll unfold the rich story of Naples through morning walking tours, museum visits, an excursion to Baia, and amazing shared food and wine experiences. Our hotel in the center of Naples allows you to explore the city independently—with our best shopping and restaurant suggestions in hand —and with others in the group.

Day 1: Check-in to hotel, late afternoon tour of the Archaeological Museum.

Dinner at one of Naples's most celebrated pizzerias

Day 2: Tour of the Centro Storico including the Naples Underground, the San Savero Chapel, and the Caravaggio paintings at Pio Monte 

Day 3: Visit to Herculaneum and Villa Oplontis. Get dressed up for dinner at Michelin starred Aria

Day 4: Late morning tour of Museo di Capodimonte.

Lunchtime food tour of Rione Sanità including a pastry tasting

Day 5: Day trip to Baia and the Campi Flegrei including boat tour of the underwater ruins.

Danielle Oteri

Danielle is a writer, and art historian whose area of expertise is the Renaissance in Naples. She has lectured widely about Naples art and history including Pompeii and Baia. She is also the creator of the Elena Ferrante Tour of Naples which has been featured in Brazil's O Globo, Israel's Haaretz, and the Wall Street Journal.
