The Cilento Secret

2023 dates coming soon

Medieval villages, long sandy beaches, Greek temples, and Italy’s best mozzarella di bufala. Cilento has a front row seat to the Amalfi Coast, but life here is more serene. The Cilento National Park protects it from the mass tourism that has overwhelmed many of Italy’s more well-known destinations.

Cilento is like a box seat overlooking the Amalfi Coast"

Cilento has a front row seat to the Amalfi Coast, but life here is more serene. The Cilento National Park protects it from the mass tourism that has overwhelmed many of Italy’s more well-known destinations.

Cilento is home to one of world’s largest populations of centenarians. Since the Mediterranean Diet was first studied here in the 1950s, scientists continue to prove that Cilento possesses the secret to not just longevity, but happiness.

“The Cilento Secret” is a one week tour that unfolds the story of Cilento and the gentle life here that feels like Italy of another era.
