My network is built on long-standing relationships, not commission agreements, making your experience more personal and rooted in real expertise. This service carries a $2,500 planning fee, reflecting the time, attention, and independent arrangements required to create a seamless, high-quality journey outside of the usual commission-based model. All payments and reservations are handled for you, giving you a single point of contact and a clear, upfront invoice. Your itinerary is organized in our custom app—complete with mapped routes, confirmations, and practical notes—which keeps everything at your fingertips while you travel. Because this process is so personal and time-intensive, I only accept 30 bespoke clients each year. The planning requires at least four months’ lead time to ensure every element meets the highest standard.
