Then, I build a well-paced, day-by-day itinerary that covers your priorities, hotel or neighborhood recommendations, standout restaurants, and direct links to the few select tour companies I endorse. You’ll also have access to our network of trusted private guides for unique local tours. We meet twice by Zoom—at the start and finish—and your final itinerary is delivered in my custom app, so you can easily make bookings yourself, confident that an expert has vetted all the options to avoid tourist traps and decision anxiety and fatigue.
Bespoke Trip Planning
For those who want to leave nothing to chance, Danielle and her business partner Arianna take care of everything—customizing your trip and booking every aspect after you approve the plan. This includes hotels, private guides, drivers, and train tickets—all delivered by professionals who genuinely care about your experience. Your complete itinerary is loaded into our app, giving you instant access to everything you need; Arianna is also available in Italy as your guardian angel, checking in throughout your trip and providing support as needed. We limit bespoke planning to just 30 clients a year to ensure every journey gets the highest level of personal attention.
