Custom itinerary design starts with a focused 30-minute call to identify your goals, style, and what you want out of your trip. After we sort priorities and work through your preferences, I get straight to work designing your itinerary step by step. About halfway through, you’ll get a personalized video update. I’ll walk you through the itinerary as it stands, share my rationale for each choice, and point out any questions or optional diversions. That’s your moment to give feedback, flag any changes, or add requests. With your notes in hand, I refine and finalize every detail: day-by-day plans, curated hotel options (with honest commentary and direct booking links), thoughtful activities, and restaurant recommendations for each destination. When it’s all set, your itinerary is uploaded to our custom app—ready for you to access anywhere. The app syncs seamlessly with Google Maps, loaded with addresses, schedules, links, and direct access to everything you need on the ground. We can schedule one last 30-minute call upon final delivery to answer any lingering questions. This process is intentional and detailed, which is why it requires a month from start to finish. It’s designed for travelers planning ahead, not for last-minute trips.
