Bespoke Trip Planning - price quoted based on trip
What is it: Complete itinerary design and trip planning done for you.
Who does it best serve: Those who would prefer to let an expert handle all the details, including payments and reservations. This service includes on-the-ground support as well.
All tours for our Bespoke Travel Planning clients are private and delivered by our network of trusted guides and include experiences that are coordinated exclusively for our clients by our friends and collaborators.
Refund policy
For Trip Consultations, the fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment. If you can't make it because of a last-minute problem, we can reschedule for another time.
For Bespoke Trip Planning, the refund window for all your bookings will be provided once we create your customized itinerary. The planning fee is non-refundable, but if the trip needs to be delayed, the paid fee will apply to the new dates.
